How much does Stax cost?

What if my products are in a "restricted" category?
That’s a design goal, not an edge case. Our gateway runs on acquirers that accept categories mainstream processors refuse, and age verification at checkout plus category rules are built into the platform for sellers who need them.
Can I run retail and wholesale together?
Running both channels from one store is on the roadmap. Today you run a retail store or a gated wholesale store, each with the pricing rules that channel expects, both from the same admin.
How does trade pricing work?
Wholesale prices stay hidden until a trade account is approved. Approved buyers see ex-VAT prices, their own price list, outer and carton quantities, and RRP alongside their margin.
How hard is it to migrate my existing store?
Most catalogues import in an afternoon: products, variants, images and collections. URLs are preserved with 301 redirects for anything that moves, and your old store stays live as a rollback until cutover is confirmed.
Do you support dropshipping?
Yes. Supplier catalogues sync into your store, paid orders route to the supplier automatically, and tracking flows back to your customer without you touching a spreadsheet.
Can I use my own domain?
Yes. Connect your domain from the admin and TLS certificates are issued automatically. Until then your store runs on a free Stax subdomain.
