02Can I really take card payments as a vape business?
Yes. Mainstream gateways like Stripe and PayPal class vape as prohibited, which is why so many vape stores struggle at checkout. Vape Stack integrates acquirers that explicitly accept vape merchants, with 3-D Secure and your PCI scope kept to a minimum.
03Can I run retail and wholesale at the same time?
You choose B2C retail or B2B wholesale when you create your store, and the whole platform adapts to that choice: pricing, VAT display, access rules and checkout. Running both types side by side under one account is on the roadmap.
04How does B2B trade pricing work?
Wholesale prices stay hidden until a trade account applies and you approve it. Approved customers see their own ex-VAT prices from the price list you assign them, with outer and carton quantities and RRP margins shown on every product.
05What about UK vape regulations?
Age verification at checkout, TRPR product limits, required health warnings and VAT handling are part of the platform rather than plugins you have to assemble. We track the rules, including the incoming Vaping Products Duty, so your store stays on the right side of them.
06Can I move my existing store across?
